He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Unemployed for hire.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears just a pastel suit. He wears his black hair up in a very large beehive style do. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Map Maker arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a white shirt, with a grey mid length shorts with grey tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. Sporting a red mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He has gray eyes.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was taken from his home at a very young age. After a long history of fighting, Randal and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
