Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He very much looks the part of a Navigator. With a patchy golden beard and wild golden hair. He has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. The war was a terrible time for him, and William does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, William was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His childhood dream was to be a Assassin, but he was a colossal failure. He struck the Navigator job and began his own company from there.
