Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Roland was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Description: This late middle aged man wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition and is in decent physical shape. His long black hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Cook. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has achieved small success as a Cook.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Simon fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and a rival would like him out of the picture
