Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Simon was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He's also a talented Interpreter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
