Description: This late middle aged man is renowned for his bright white suits and hats and is in decent physical shape. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Gilbert's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Scribe who has hired him part-time. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
