Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Kyle was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. He has achieved small success as a Painter.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He is bald on top and has large red tufts of hair around his ears. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

History: He was born in a small forest village. His first spouse was a Sailor, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
