History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born in the south to a Unemployed, Bernard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Bounty Hunter, but he was a colossal failure. He has achieved small success as a Unemployed.
