History: Born in the east to a Ruler, Thomas learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He became a Ruler soon after.

It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His hair is long and golden with streaks of red, and is pulled back with small tan clips. His beard is red, braided, and well cared for. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
