Theobald Ryley, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is scrawny and has patchy chestnut stubble. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He has a hunchback. His chestnut hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: He wants to get laid; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
Ideals: Gifted. Flaws: Ugly, Insane. Bonds: Poor, Immigrant. Occupation: Blacksmith

Geoffrey Anderton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This slender man stands about 5'6". He dresses well, wearing pastel shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Geoffrey grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Geoffrey. After months of barely getting by, Geoffrey managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Robert Bristol, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: Born in the east to a Fortune-teller, Robert learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Robert was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Robert decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Fortune-teller kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has decided he is irredeemable
Flaws: Racist, Insane. Bonds: Poor, Criminal record, Job. Occupation: Fortune-teller

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
