A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Heward isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He got into the Fortune-teller business at a young age. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He tends to his Fortune-teller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
