History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hugh fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'1" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He has the majority of his body covered in plate. With a patchy golden beard and wild golden hair. He has a dull look in his violet eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Alex embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. The war was a terrible time for him, and Alex does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When Alex reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. After a long history of fighting, Alex and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Lance will drive conversation. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He is renowned for his bright black suits and hats. His hair is cut close to his head. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His first spouse was a Jeweler, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. After a long history of fighting, Ralf and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Crown-heir and was forced into it by his family.

Description: This man wears a tattered pair of loose black pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He has moderate length black hair. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady amber eyes.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fortune-teller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.
