When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He became a Cartwright soon after.

Personality: Shane wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born into a rich family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and money/treasure

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Adelard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Adelard was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Ruler. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He has a golden handlebar mustache and slicked back golden hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Born to a Barkeep, his father struggled to pay the bills. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
