This search led him directly into Detective work with an outfit from a few towns over. Detective work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Being a Detective kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. After coming to the age of reason, Bernard took it upon himself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
