Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Lance's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He became a Barkeep soon after.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and balancing his hectic life and new barkeep responsibilities is difficult

Description: He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. He carries a battered dagger and tarnished flail as well. His hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. The war was a terrible time for him, and Aldous does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Aldous was born with his father's beautiful face. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears suspenders and tan workpants. His shirt is brown, and he wears a heavy tan leather apron most of the time. His chestnut hair is smooth and relatively long. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. His ears are large.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
