History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bookbinder arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Bernard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Bernard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Spice Merchant for hire.
