History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Description: He is typically in his Shoemaker uniform. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His long red hair reaches down to his waist. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. John grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did John. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Shoemaker for the past few years.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born in the east. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. This violet eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Chad lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Chad alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and he wants revenge against goblins

Personality: He is a Carpenter first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: The child of a Bookbinder, who enjoyed hunting, Everard was taken on many hunting expeditions. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carpenter for hire.
