Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears tan trousers with white and black striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His chestnut hair is smooth and relatively long. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Gilbert took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up pickaxe and armor he uses now. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His hair is short and chestnut. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: Gunter was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and he feels threatened by others

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. With a patchy black beard and wild black hair. His ears are large.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theodoric fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

Description: A middle-aged man, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather, and is pretty ugly. His auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Jocelyn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Jocelyn was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. After a long history of fighting, Jocelyn and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His skin is flawless and his blue eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Lewis isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: Lewis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and balancing his hectic life and new mortician responsibilities is difficult
