Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is dark but he possesses many blue ritualistic tattoos. He usually wears his yellow robe and has his pickaxe always slung over his shoulder. With a patchy red beard and wild red hair. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Manfred hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Crown-heir arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His first spouse was a Butcher, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he is wearing a long, brown, dusty cloak. He has a long black beard with little hanging trinkets. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 8. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Frederick lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Frederick grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Frederick. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Manfred grew up listening to his mother's many stories. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: Standing 5'2", this man wears white leather gloves, a white jacket, and tight pants. His black hair is thinning but still full. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Lewis's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Lewis was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature monstrous two handed axe.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears baggy pastel pantaloons and a brown scarf. His auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.
