History: Heward was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Heward was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Heward's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Fletcher and was forced into it by his family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

History: Frederick hails from a village terrorized by goblins. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He tends to his Architect job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Expand his business.
