History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Anselm abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. Chad was a troubled youth.
