History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gilbert grew up listening to his father's many stories. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Roofer for the past few years.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. Aldous enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Aldous was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Aldous was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Aldous decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and balancing his hectic life and new butcher responsibilities is difficult
