Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born into a rich family. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Nicholas was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nicholas fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and to reunite with his old friends
