Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and he's looking for his big break

History: Born in the north to a Glassblower, Charles learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Charles was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Heward is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
