Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Robert was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jocelyn grew up listening to his father's many stories. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
