History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Spice Merchant arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gifted student he started as a Miner, but he got bored and became a Spice Merchant. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Spice Merchant for the past few years.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Bertram was born the youngest of three triplets. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: To unite with his sister.

Description: He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and an old rival family wants him found
