History: Bertram was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Bertram never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Arnold grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food.
