History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Bertram was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, John grew up listening to his father's many stories. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away; and expand his business

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Gomory was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.
