History: Randal lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student he started as a Spice Merchant, but he got bored and became a Jeweler. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Kyle was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Kyle decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he's looking for his big break

History: He got into the Sailor business at a young age. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
