History: He was raised in a plains tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: He is a Fortune-teller first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He got into the Fortune-teller business at a young age. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Fortune-teller for the past few years.
