Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and wears a tattered pair of loose brown pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy auburn hair. He has a dull look in his hazel eyes.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hugh grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hugh. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Laborer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
