History: Born in the south to a Healer, Simon learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Healer. Being a Healer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Interpreter they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Sculptor, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Hugh's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now mingles about in high society.
