His father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Simon was heart-stricken from the event, and his mother started working long hours to provde for them. After a long history of fighting, Simon and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barkeep hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longbow.
