History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Alexandre fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. After a long history of fighting, Bernard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. Patrick enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Patrick hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Patrick alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born in the west to a Gardener, Dean learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Gardener. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A freak accident while working with his Miller mother left him crippled. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Cartwright.
