Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is light but he possesses many blue ritualistic tattoos. He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His chestnut hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. His blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Spice Merchant. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Spice Merchant for hire.

Motivation: Expand his business; and balancing his hectic life and new spice merchant responsibilities is difficult

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. His hair is silver and very short. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: Revenge; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his quarterstaff, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. He keeps his long red hair kept up in a rat tail. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he wants revenge against dire rats

Description: Standing 5'9", this man is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His golden hair has been sun bleached extensively. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Expand his business.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he dresses like a well dressed Ruler does. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed black hat.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Ruler. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Ruler responsibilities is difficult.
