History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bookbinder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He comes from a rich western family. A gifted student he started as a Bookbinder, but he got bored and became a Miller. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and further expansion of business

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing brown cape and mantle trimmed with soft black waves gently in the breeze. He has no hair. His violet eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Justin hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born in the west to a Server, Alexandre learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Sculptor, but he got bored and became a Server. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to prove his worth to the world
