Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and many illithids want him driven away

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. Personality: Raymond speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Raymond fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Healer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and regain custody of his son

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Hubert hails from a village terrorized by drow. Hubert was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Hubert decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Performer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Baker, and he later adopted a second daughter.
