Roland Kirby, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears silk and lounges about seductively. He carries a battered hand crossbow and tarnished kukri as well. His auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: Roland is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Roland was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Roland was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Roland's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
Ideals: Fighting, Extrovert. Flaws: Antagonistic. Bonds: Attractive, Mentor. Occupation: Slave Trader
Voice: Russian accent

Alex Hornsby, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep white leather and dull violet iron scale mail. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are gray.
Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Alex grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Alex. He has worked as a Seamstress like his mother before him.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and seeks redemption

Thomas Whitby, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His hair is short and red. His violet eyes peer out from beneath his broad black hat.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: Thomas hails from a village terrorized by giants. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying west to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
