History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ernest grew up listening to his father's many stories. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Ernest alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Ernest was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.
