Description: He wears dull yellow sweaters, loose green pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed axe, just in case. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His chestnut hair and beard is wavy and long. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: Theobald lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he is dressed in an above average manner. His blonde hair, when down, is lengthy. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Dyer but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Dyer and was forced into it by his family; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and wears a blue collared shirt and black pants. He accessorizes with a tan scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: Hunter was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hunter fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: He is an average looking southern male in his early mid-life. He wears grey leather gloves, a grey jacket, and tight pants. He sports a long black beard, and similarly colored long hair. He has green eyes and a grey hat with a brown feather.
Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: The child of a Barrister, who enjoyed hunting, Bertram was taken on many hunting expeditions. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Bertram never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
Motivation: He is greedy; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His golden hair is heavily combed to the right. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Miles grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.
