Gerard Brent, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears a blue tunic with black highlights, and long yellow pants that bunch up around his shoes. He carries a battered ceremonial dagger and tarnished warhammer as well. His black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. His eyes are green.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Layabout arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gerard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and to reunite with his absent father
Ideals: Fighting, Entrepeneur. Flaws: Antagonistic, Fearful. Bonds: Rich, Family. Occupation: Layabout
