Personality: This man loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Balimaar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Balimaar. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
