History: Born in the west to a Weaver, Bernard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Patrick lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
