Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Revenge; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This younger middle-aged man is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Performer, and a wedding ring on his right hand. He keeps his black hair in a pixie cut. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of drow once and for all.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: He tends to wear a pastel poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature crossbow.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and many drow want him driven away

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is dressed in earthy colors with a tan and black handkerchief worn on his left side. His hair is brown and curly. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Diggory was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Diggory decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: This tall, slender man wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He has wavy black hair. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His first spouse was a Animal Trainer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Animal Trainer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Sellsword, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.
