He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Roger was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Seamstress. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: To end his boredom.

History: Dean was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
