William was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Geoffrey grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
