History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: He was born in the south. Everard was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Painter. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

After coming to the age of reason, Manfred took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
