His mother taught him the rudiments of the Mayor arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Charles grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
