He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Roland and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Adelard never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Born in the north to a Dyer, Dustin learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
