History: Jocelyn was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Beggar. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He got into the Beggar business at a young age. Gunter was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Gunter decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He became a Beggar soon after.
