Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Mayor but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
